We're working with a respected Housing Association in the Highlands to recruit a Housing Management Operations Lead. The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation & Housing Management, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of housing management services. You'll oversee key service areas including:

  • Tenancy Management
  • Allocations
  • Estate Management
  • Income Management
  • Tenancy Sustainment
  • Tenant Engagement
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Management
  • Customer Service and Complaints

This role offers the perfect blend of operational leadership and strategic involvement, giving you the opportunity to influence service improvements while remaining connected to frontline housing delivery.
