Joiner Location: Flintshire CH6 Rate: £15.40 per hour Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent About the Role RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Joiner to join their team covering Flintshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance and repair works within domestic and commercial properties, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive joinery maintenance and repair works. Repair, replace, and install doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, flooring, and other joinery items. Diagnose faults and determine the most effective repair solution. Complete works in occupied and void properties. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and colleagues. Work independently or as part of a wider maintenance team. Requirements Proven background in reactive maintenance, repairs, or social housing maintenance. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Desirable Experience working within social housing or facilities maintenance.
