About the Role
As a Soft Services Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sites are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, supporting operational performance, and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting Cleaning Teams and Chargehands across multiple locations.
- Planning and coordinating daily cleaning operations to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Conducting regular site audits and quality inspections.
- Building strong relationships with clients and responding to service requirements.
- Managing staffing levels, attendance records, timesheets, and recruitment activities.
- Organising training and ongoing development for cleaning personnel.
- Monitoring stock levels and arranging the purchase of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Producing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a cleaning or soft services environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites and mobile teams.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK driving licence.

- BICSc certification or equivalent industry qualification.
