Facilities Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor for a prestigious educational estate in central Edinburgh.
The role will be supporting the Head of Estates by supervising a small team of Facilities personal as well as being responsible for managing the maintenance helpdesk and ensuring that planned maintenance and compliance tasks are completed and recorded.
What we are looking for:
General experience of maintenance and compliance
Proficient use of Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, highly organised with initiative and experience in project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload across multiple projects
Ability and willingness to perform general labouring tasks
Desirable
Clean driving licence
Asbestos and Legionella training
Facilities Management qualification
