Facilities Manager

What\’s the role?

This is a Total FM position, so you\’ll be overseeing all aspects of facilities management on site. It’s a varied role where no two days are the same – from managing maintenance to ensuring compliance and everything in between.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong FM experience in a similar role
• A technical background – ideally electrical or AC
• Someone proactive, organised, and happy to get stuck in
• Basic compliance (DBS required)

The details:

• 📅 Start: ASAP (current FM is working their notice)
• ⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential to go permanent
• 💰 Salary: Around £46,000 per year + call-out fees & overtime
• 🕘 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5
• 📞 On-call: 1 week in every 3
