We are looking for a multi-skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of a large, well-established site in Luton. This is a permanent, site-based role where you will be the go-to technical presence, keeping the building and its services running smoothly.
What you will be doing:
- Planned & reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Daily, weekly & monthly compliance checks
- Managing site logbooks, records & inspections
- Coordinating contractors, permits & RAMS
- First-response maintenance and handyman duties
- Acting as the main technical point of contact on site
What we are looking for:
- Strong multi-skilled M&E maintenance experience
- Confident managing compliance and contractor control
- Organised, proactive and customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently and owning the site
