Our client is a Top Tier Building Contractor looking for a Facilities Coordinator.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repairs, maintenance tasks, and preventative maintenance checks for all facilities on the construction site.
The role involves working closely with the NHS to support day-to-day operational matters.
You will liaise on current working practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, in delivery of construction and facilities improvements.
