We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to work on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned works including kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments, and general upgrades.
- Completing tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, and basic plastering.
- Working from job specifications and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
- Liaising with supervisors and other trades on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within planned works.
- Strong multi-skilled background with a main trade preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Own tools preferred.
- CSCS card beneficial (depending on site).
