A leading housing organisation is looking for up to 3 Call Centre Officers to work out of hours on a rota basis only (PM) starting 20 April. The role will be office based until work‑from‑home sign‑off is achieved.

Work Schedule

  • Two‑Week Rota
  • Week 1: Monday (online only); Tuesday – Friday (online only on Mon, Thu, Fri); Saturday – Sunday Off; one‑hour break on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Week 2: Monday – Friday Off; Saturday – Sunday (online only on Sat and Sun). No breaks listed.

Role training will be provided.

Employment Details

  • Length of Employment: Indeterminate, with potential for a permanent role based on performance and behaviours.
  • All equipment will be provided.
  • No parking available.

Compensation

  • Pay rate: £16.50 PAYE per hour.
