Exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Contract Manager to join an expanding Hard Facilities Management team in Essex. This is a fantastic role where you'll oversee the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance services for a key NHS client.

The team delivers essential maintenance services for over 250 buildings, including hospitals, care homes, ambulance trusts, and more. With a commitment to excellence, they are looking for a Contract Manager to join the team and help maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Contract Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for all operational issues across multiple sites in Essex, including 3 hospitals and 2 care homes. Leading a skilled team, you'll ensure that planned and reactive maintenance services run smoothly, meeting client needs and contractual obligations.

  • Leading the team to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services.
  • Managing service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Overseeing daily, weekly, and annual planning, ensuring excellent performance and contract compliance.
  • Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor performance and service excellence.
  • Engaging in client meetings, providing reports, and demonstrating service delivery performance.
  • Managing the financial aspects of the contract, ensuring profitability and risk management.
  • Focusing on succession planning and team development.

  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and succession planning.
  • Previous experience in the PFI sector is a plus but not essential.
