Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and enjoys taking ownership of change control? We're recruiting for a Project Manager to lead variation works while working closely with lifecycle teams to ensure capital projects align with scheduled asset replacements. This role is key to maintaining governance, preventing duplication, and delivering safe, compliant and high-quality project outcomes.
- Variations Management
- Own the full variations process from identification through approval, costing and delivery.
- Ensure all changes are documented, auditable and aligned with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with commercial teams to maintain financial accuracy and governance.
- Lifecycle Interface
- Work closely with lifecycle teams where capital works overlap with scheduled asset replacements.
- Prevent duplication of works and ensure correct budget allocation.
- Support alignment of lifecycle and capital delivery programmes.
- Project Delivery & Compliance
- Manage works in live operational environments, ensuring safety and minimal disruption.
- Maintain strong control over RAMS, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all works meet statutory, technical and client standards.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, Trust representatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide clear project updates, reporting and communication.
- Support continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.
