The Role: To lead the delivery, compliance management and continuous improvement of electrical services across the property portfolio. This includes ensuring statutory compliance, managing inspection and testing programmes, providing specialist technical advice, supporting planned works and projects, and ensuring safe, reliable and customer centred services for residents and building users.

Essential experience:
- Significant experience of electrical installation, maintenance and inspection within housing or property services.
- Demonstrable technical expertise in electrical services and associated building systems.
- Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Experience preparing, planning and delivering programmes of electrical works.
- Providing customer-focused services and liaising with residents, tenants or service users.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment with other property or housing professionals.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a local authority, housing association or similar regulated environment.
- Experience with asset management systems and compliance records.
