We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a leading UK Facilities Management company on a prestigious critical commercial site in the City of London. What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems
- Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems and controls
- Maintaining HVAC, lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS systems, and associated plant equipment
- Responding promptly to breakdowns and emergency call-outs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health and Safety regulations
- Updating maintenance records and completing all required documentation accurately
- Working closely with the engineering team
