What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and building services equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Supporting small installation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement works.
- Completing compliance documentation and maintenance records accurately.
- Working collaboratively with the wider FM engineering team to deliver high standards of service.
- Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns within a busy operational environment.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with statutory regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
