Setsquare is supporting a large and national maintenance contractor with a local contract based in Tiverton. They have a role available for a temporary multi-skilled trade person to join them as soon as possible. The role is varied and requires someone with a Level 3 qualification and either a 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
The responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the fabric of the building
- General maintenance experience and knowledge, e.g., basic plumbing
- Completing PPM works
- Fault finding
- Repairs and maintenance
- Small amount of electrical work
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. There are no weekends, no evenings, and no call outs. This is a static role, offering free parking and an immediate start. The temporary duration will be approximately 5-6 weeks. There is a permanent role available, which you can apply for if interested.
