Overview

We are seeking a competent and experienced Handyman to carry out short‑term works on a live construction site. The successful candidate must be confident working with structural alterations, demolition of internal partitions, and using power tools safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forming structural openings in blockwork walls as per site instructions
  • Using a disc cutter with dust suppression or SDS drill for stitch‑drilling
  • Removing glazed partitions, including framework and associated fixings
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard
  • Coordinating with the site manager and following all RAMS and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a tidy work area and disposing of waste materials appropriately

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or multi‑skilled operative
  • Face‑Fit certification
  • CSCS Card
  • Competent and confident using disc cutters, SDS drills, and hand tools
