You'll join a supportive and collaborative technical team, playing a key role in managing the engineering aspects of new housing projects from land appraisal through to site completion. Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with engineering appraisals during land feasibility and acquisition stages
  • Support the coordination of external consultants for highways, drainage, and infrastructure design

  • Coordinate utility designs and service connections for new developments
  • Provide technical support to construction teams during the build phase
