Our Client is a Top Tier Contractor looking for a Design Co Coordinator/Manager to help deliver the Design Management of a large framework of construction-based housing refurbishments. The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have Top Tier or Mid Tier consultancy or main contractor project experience.
As Design Manager, you will have strong process-driven experience and take responsibility for:
- Managing the construction programming through the cycle of the build and understanding the construction sequence and techniques employed.
- Programme control and the co-ordination of trades, with the ability to adapt this where required.
- Adding cost and design input on the delivery process and end product.
- Co-ordinating all design and project consultants.
- Managing and chairing meetings with clients and stakeholders.
The role is long-term and ongoing. This role is umbrella only.
