Our client is looking for a Building Surveying Manager to be in the North West. Responsible for the Northern operating area, you will lead a small team of surveyors, overseeing the delivery of investment programmes, building surveying and diagnostics, developing specifications and scopes of work, ensuring compliance checks and remedials are discharged and generally contributing to all things property.

You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to deliver effective, efficient, and compliant surveying services, and be the link between strategy and delivery.

Head office is in Derby and you will be required to attend the office 2 times per week.

Pay is £65,000 per annum plus £7,000 car allowance.
