We are working with a leading organisation delivering works on a high-profile industrial site in Derbyshire and are looking to appoint a well-rounded Site Manager to support ongoing project delivery. This is a long-term contract opportunity on a secure, safety-critical site, offering consistent work within a well-structured environment.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing subcontractors and site teams across multiple disciplines
  • Coordinating works across civils, build, and M&E activities
  • Ensuring full compliance with HSE and site procedures
  • Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits, and documentation
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to drive programme delivery
  • Managing activities within a live operational / industrial environment

We are keen to speak with Site Managers who have:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure environments
  • A well-rounded background across site operations (not purely one discipline)
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and live site working
  • Ability to take ownership of site delivery and drive progress

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
  • First Aid
