We are currently recruiting for an experienced QSHE Advisor to join a high-profile engineering and facilities management contract based in Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental professional to support operational teams, drive compliance and promote a positive safety culture across a prestigious site.

Key Responsibilities

Provide QSHE support and guidance to management and site teams.

Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.

Support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Promote a strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture.

Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and company procedures.

Assist with the development and review of RAMS and safe systems of work.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.

Requirements

Previous experience in a QSHE, HSEQ, SHEQ or Health & Safety Advisor role.

NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).

Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.

Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or a similar environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
