We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management company supporting a major manufacturing site in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring all hard FM services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.

Working alongside engineering teams and subcontractors, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising on-site engineering and FM teams
  • Coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance activities
  • Allocating workloads and ensuring service delivery targets are achieved
  • Managing subcontractors and overseeing permit-to-work procedures
  • Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the smooth operation of a busy manufacturing facility

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory role within Facilities Management, Engineering, or Building Services
  • Strong understanding of hard FM services and compliance requirements
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Desirable:
  • Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
