We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management company supporting a major manufacturing site in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring all hard FM services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
Working alongside engineering teams and subcontractors, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising on-site engineering and FM teams
- Coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance activities
- Allocating workloads and ensuring service delivery targets are achieved
- Managing subcontractors and overseeing permit-to-work procedures
- Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work
- Supporting audits, inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Supporting the smooth operation of a busy manufacturing facility
