JOB TITLE: SENIOR SITE MANAGER LOCATION: BODMIN, PL30 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a residential housing development in Bodmin.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from inception through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme milestones Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and site housekeeping.
Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with company standards, Building Regulations, and NHBC requirements.
Manage project programmes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Chair regular site meetings and communicate progress with senior management.
Monitor labour, materials, and plant resources to achieve cost-effective delivery.
