After Care Operative Multi Skilled Maintenance Trade Person Multi Skilled Carpenter TEMPORARY - 12 weeks work Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a private sector housing developer.
They have an opportunity to join their team for a minimum of 12 weeks, initially covering some long term sickness.
They would like to hire an individual, happy to travel from Truro to Newquay, across to Penzance and areas in between.
You will be working in people s homes, carrying out day to day repairs, which will differ depending on the issues raised and reported by the customer who has purchased the property and is now living in their new home.
All works will be carried out in occupied houses.
Predominantly carpentry bias duties will be expected to be carried out with in this role.
In addition, it would be great for the person covering this role to have additional skill sets such as basic patch repair, tilling repair, general repairs and maintenance skills, painting.
This role is being offered with a fully stocked van, with access to all paid for materials and tools to complete the jobs needing to be carried out, along with a fuel card for the van.
