Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the client's team on a minimum 3-month contract in Nottingham. This is a key support role ensuring the smooth operation of compliance, scheduling, and maintenance coordination activities for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely support to the client via phone and email
- Accurately determine the nature and priority of faults reported
- Raise and assign work orders to the appropriate resources
- Schedule works in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update the client's CAFM system accordingly
- Review subcontractor documentation to ensure accurate CAFM system management
- Assist in managing the supply chain and ensure attendance within SLA requirements
- Allocate internal engineers to reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance
- Monitor customer calls from receipt through to completion, updating CAFM records
- Maintain a full understanding of the contract scope and ensure all work adheres to service levels
- Promote and maintain the CBRE culture throughout the client's team
- Act as a key user of site systems, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records, reactive work, and QHSE system reporting
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels
Requirements:
- Experience in a facilities management or compliance coordination role
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, or similar)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of SLAs and compliance requirements
