Requirements Minimum 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification (essential). NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in the maintenance of commercial buildings. Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance procedures.
