Job Overview:

Location: London N1

Duration: 3-4 months Temp to Perm

Hours: 35 Hours a week - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid break per day/ 2 days in office - Monday to Thursday (Non-negotiable)

Payrate: £19.54 PAYE OR £25.83 Umbrella

Start date: End of August/beginning of September

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Assistant who has worked in an in-house recruitment team, RPO/MSP environment, or recruitment agency support function and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously. This role is highly candidate-facing, so strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

Essential experience

  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator or similar recruitment support role.
  • Understanding of right-to-work checks and UK visa sponsorship processes.
  • Extensive interview scheduling experience across multiple stakeholders and complex diaries.
  • Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including managing recruitment data and reporting.
  • Experience writing and posting job adverts.
  • Experience supporting recruitment campaigns from advert through to offer and onboarding.
  • Experience working directly with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Desirable experience

  • Experience working with high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Housing, public sector or large corporate recruitment experience.
