We’re looking for two experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading UK Facilities Management company on a prestigious hospital site in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a critical healthcare environment, supporting essential mechanical systems that ensure safe and efficient hospital operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance
  • Maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on mechanical plant and building services systems
  • Working on pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, valves, and HVAC systems
  • Responding to breakdowns quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations
  • Completing maintenance reports and documentation accurately
  • Liaising with the engineering team and client representatives

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or equivalent
  • Proven experience within facilities management or commercial maintenance
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in critical environments (desirable)
  • Good communication skills and professional approach

Desirable:

  • Hospital or healthcare maintenance experience
  • AP/CP knowledge
  • Multi-skilled experience
