Role Purpose: The aim of the role is to undertake the necessary duties to ensure that Haringey Learns functions effectively as an accredited examination centre with multiple awarding bodies. The postholder will support managers and teaching staff in the effective administration of examinations and accreditation processes and the collection/recording of management and learner information, and will liaise with learners to complete missing data, rectifying errors on Learner Track and undertake destination follow-ups.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the examination entry process, including gathering information from teaching staff to ensure that learner examination entries are made correctly and on time, making amendments/withdrawals where required.
- Processing and recording all examination requests for all subject areas in line with externally set examination dates to comply with the awarding body deadlines and requirements and disseminate certificates.
