strategic development of a major healthcare Facilities Management account in London. 🏥 This is a senior strategic leadership position for an established Facilities Management professional with significant experience within healthcare, hospital or complex FM environments. 👔 The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the account, working closely with senior healthcare stakeholders while leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring facilities management services are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest possible standards. 📈 The role will provide significant autonomy to shape account strategy, drive service excellence, develop senior stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and commercial growth. 👔 Responsibilities & Duties • 🏥 Take overall accountability for the strategic and operational performance of a major healthcare FM account. • 📈 Develop and deliver a long-term account strategy aligned with client objectives, operational requirements and service expectations. • 👔 Provide visible and effective senior leadership across the entire account. • 🤝 Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with senior hospital stakeholders, including executive-level contacts. • 📞 Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for operational, commercial and client-related matters. • 👥 Lead, inspire and develop large multi-disciplinary operational teams across the account. • 🎯 Establish clear objectives, expectations and performance standards across the operational structure. • 💷 Take full ownership of P&L performance, budgets, financial controls and commercial outcomes. • 📊 Monitor financial performance and ensure the account operates in line with incidents, service failures, critical events and escalated issues. • 🤝 Develop a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, engagement and customer service. • 🌟 Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement throughout the account. • 👥 Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and leadership capability. • 🎓 Coach and develop senior support operational change, transformation and improvement programmes. • 📑 Ensure effective account governance, reporting and performance management processes are maintained. • 🔍 Identify operational Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety leadership across all areas of service delivery. • 📊 Review account performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and financial targets. • 💷 Identify opportunities managed. • 🛠️ Support mobilisation, transition, transformation and service improvement activity where required. • 🏥 Ensure FM services support the safe and effective operation of a complex hospital environment. • 🛠️ Undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the seniority and responsibilities of the role. 👤 Requirements • 👔 Proven experience as an Account Director, Account Manager, Operations Director or senior Facilities Management leader within a healthcare environment. • 🏥 Strong experience working within a hospital, NHS, private healthcare or similarly complex healthcare environment. • 🏢 Proven experience managing large and complex Facilities Management contracts. • 👥 Significant experience leading large, multi-disciplinary operational teams. • 🧠 Detailed understanding of the challenges associated with delivering FM services within a patient-critical and highly regulated environment. • 💷 Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable experience of P&L ownership and budget management. • 📈 Proven track record of account growth, commercial development and delivering financial performance. • 📊 Strong understanding of contractual performance, KPIs, SLAs and account governance. • 🤝 Excellent senior stakeholder management skills. • 👔 Confidence communicating and influencing at executive and board level. • 📈 Proven experience delivering operational improvements, service transformation and continuous improvement programmes. • 🏆 Demonstrable track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction and service performance. • 🛡️ Strong Health &
