Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Support Worker on a 6 week temporary contract covering 2 sites in Chester. The role will be flexible over a 3-4 day period totalling 25 hours per week. No weekends are required.

The role as Support Worker will involve providing support across a small portfolio of residents that have challenges that include primarily Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

Devising Support Plans and Conducting Risk Assessments is required. This role is project based only and requires interested candidates to have an Enhanced DBS Check.
