*Initial 3 months with possible extension*

*Hybrid - 2 days on site in Chelmsford / 3 from home*

*£22.90 ph umbrella / 37 hrs per week*

The role:

  • Develop work procedures to support effective team leadership by the Programme Manager.
  • Create documents and maintain an overall operational plan for the team.
  • Lead third-party contractor meetings to ensure alignment of reported data with program information as provided to the stock investment manager.
  • Operate as an interface between Asset Management, Neighbourhoods, and the CRC with regard to customer liaison as required.
  • Resolve administrative queries within the team's scope and manage overall team schedule, escalating issues to the Programme Manager when necessary.
  • Track and monitor completion of management tasks to ensure successful delivery of the team's operating plan.
  • Validate and analyse data captured from surveys, liaising with Surveyors to ensure data is consistent and accurate.
  • Support team-wide administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with customers on inquiries and schedule appointments within agreed timeframes to uphold excellent service.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities relevant to this post, as directed by your line manager.

Key skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills especially over the telephone;
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Good level of Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a repairs / maintenance environment.
