A leading housing organisation is looking for up to 3 Call Centre Officers to work out of hours on a rota basis only (PM) starting 20 April. The role will be office based until work‑from‑home sign‑off is achieved.
Work Schedule
- Two‑Week Rota
- Week 1: Monday (online only); Tuesday – Friday (online only on Mon, Thu, Fri); Saturday – Sunday Off; one‑hour break on Saturday and Sunday.
- Week 2: Monday – Friday Off; Saturday – Sunday (online only on Sat and Sun). No breaks listed.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of customers and residents over the phone, email and social media. You will provide outstanding customer service, offer advice and assistance on housing queries, book repairs for properties, and handle any customer issues in a fast‑paced environment.
