We're looking for an Income Collections Officer.
Sector: Property & Housing
Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM2
Pay rate: £21.59 PAYE or £28.56 Umbrella
Duration: 3-months initially, 9am to 5pm - 35 hours a week
Job Duties:
- Must be able to hit the ground running, dealing with approx 150 properties, based full time in the Chelmsford office.
- Calling Leaseholders and taking outstanding payments for ground rent.
- May also need to write to Leaseholders if unable to get through by phone.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Income Collections.
Job Scope & Career Path: This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and will progress as the job and development moves forward.
