We are currently recruiting an experienced Plumbing & Drainage Engineer to work on a large retail contract. Although this is a plumbing role, the majority of the work is drainage-based, so we are specifically looking for candidates with strong drainage experience.
The Role
- You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, with a strong focus on drainage works.
- Key duties will include:
- High-pressure water jetting
- Patch and lining repairs
- Replacement of channel drainage
- Drain de-scaling
- General plumbing maintenance as required
- Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota (1 in 5)
About You
- The successful candidate will have:
- Proven drainage experience (essential)
- Experience with jetting, patch and lining, channel drainage replacement and de-scaling
- Plumbing qualification to C&G / NVQ standard
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
