We're working with a well-established facilities management provider to recruit a M&E Manager for a busy healthcare site in East London. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring engineering services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in a critical environment.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day technical operations, acting as the go-to specialist for your discipline while supporting and developing the on-site engineering team. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, people management, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on compliance and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading technical service delivery across the site
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for either Mechanical or Electrical services
