We're currently recruiting for 2 Cost Administrators to join a major infrastructure and energy project based in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy commercial team on a large-scale site, providing essential administrative and cost control support throughout the project lifecycle. The Role As a Cost Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial function by ensuring labour and subcontractor costs are accurately captured and reconciled. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting commercial teams with cost capture and reconciliations Reviewing and validating subcontractor timesheets and labour claims Comparing paper timesheets against submitted hours and invoices Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation Identifying discrepancies and resolving queries with site and commercial teams Supporting day-to-day commercial administration activities What We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who isn't afraid to ask questions and challenge information where necessary.
