Resourcing Group is working with a well-known and well-established maintenance contractor who specialise in carrying out planned maintenance, operating in occupied social housing properties. The works include kitchen and bathroom refurbishment as well as generic repairs, maintenance and refurbishment for their end clients: Housing Associations and Local Authorities, across Devon South and Mid Devon.
The business would like to hire an additional experienced Carpenter with demonstrable experience in ripping out and fitting new kitchens, as well as carrying out other carpentry duties such as refurbishments and 2nd fix duties including skirtings, architraves and more. This will include all skills excluding floor laying and will encompass the following:
- Rip out of existing tiles, units, worktops
- Patch repair
- Installing new units and tops
- Tilling
- Basic plumbing
- Silicone work and finishing to a good standard
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing genuine security along with a company van, fuel card and fair benefits including travel expenses.

- Full UK Driving License
- Asbestos awareness - if you don't have this, or yours has expired, we can arrange for this to be re-done
