Shift Pattern: Thursday to Monday, Day Shift (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hygiene team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Maintain and audit operational documentation, including cleaning schedules, risk assessments and training records.
- Oversee training and development of staff.
- Conduct compliance audits and inspections to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage hours, authorise expenditure, and ensure smooth operation of all hygiene activities.
- Support a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing, food hygiene or FMCG environments.
- Proven ability to manage large, highâvolume teams.
- Clientâfacing experience and strong communication skills.
- Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
- Experience with BRC and customer audits.
Desirable: Level 3 Food Safety qualification. Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
