The position is for approx. 3-6 months, temp to perm for the right candidate.

The Role: To lead the delivery, compliance management and continuous improvement of electrical services across the property portfolio. This includes ensuring statutory compliance, managing inspection and testing programmes, providing specialist technical advice, supporting planned works and projects, and ensuring safe, reliable and customer centred services for residents and building users.

  • Providing customer-focused services and liaising with residents, tenants or service users.
