Responsibilities:
- Assess and understand the Trust's requirements.
- Scope projects accurately.
- Price and cost projects effectively.
- Ensure projects are commercially viable.
- Prepare works packages ready for delivery teams.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance.
- Act as the link between client requirements and operational delivery.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Background:
- Project Management experience within Construction, Building Services or M&E environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Experience scoping, costing and pricing projects.
- Ability to manage project budgets and business profitability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Basic DBS Required.
