We're looking for a Housing Administration Assistant.

The Role at a Glance

  • Job Role: Housing Administration Assistant
  • Duration: 3 months+
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm/ Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
  • Payrate: £17.69 PAYE
  • Start date: ASAP

What You'll Do

  • Sign Ups - Assist with sign-up processes and cover sign-up duties when necessary.
  • Prepping and Booking - Prepare materials and manage bookings, re-arranging as needed.
  • Information Management - Collate and organize information, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets for all sign-ups.
  • Mail Merge and Purchase Orders - Assist with mail merge tasks and help manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Co-op In Box Monitoring - Check the co-op inbox for repair requests and help chase ongoing projects with surveyors and the voids team.
  • Meeting Support - Attend evening meetings as needed and circulate meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Leave Coverage - Provide coverage for annual leave, August (and upcoming).
  • Repairs and Call Backs - Assist with call backs and raising repair requests.
  • Data Management - Update and organize all data on the main tracker and create a list of all missing tenancies for the remaining co-ops.
