AHU Assembly Needed
Location: Bradford, BD4.
Work Timings - Mon to Thurs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM & Fri 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (39 hours paid/week).
A good understanding of English is required. The ability to meet deadlines, be organised and work individually or as part of a team. This is an ongoing work. We need someone who can start ASAP. Must have appropriate PPE.
Job Duties
- Assemble Air Handling Units (AHUs) and ventilation equipment.
- Fit and secure metal panels, frames, filters, fans and other components.
- Install mechanical components, motors and associated fittings.
- Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers and spanners.
- Read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions and specifications.
- Fit insulation, seals, ducting and other internal components.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure units are assembled correctly.
- Identify and report faulty or damaged components.
- Ensure all work meets production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Follow company health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Previous experience in AHU assembly, mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
- Good practical and mechanical skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Pay Rate: £16.75/hr.
