Our client is seeking a skilled Decorator to join their Healthy Homes team, helping to ensure customers have safe, warm, and comfortable homes. Covering the South East region, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference within a customer-focused organisation.

The Role

As part of the Healthy Homes team, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving damp and mould issues across residential properties. From carrying out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to completing high-quality decorating works, you will help create healthier living environments for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out mould treatments, ventilation surveys, and associated decorating works.
  • Deliver a high-quality, right-first-time service within customers' homes.
  • Keep customers informed throughout works and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage materials efficiently and complete jobs safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve housing stock.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements and company standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Decorator within domestic or residential properties.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Positive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
