BMS Engineer

Job Title: BMS Engineer Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne (Royal Victoria Infirmary) Contract: Permanent | Full-Time Salary: Competitive remuneration package and benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team of engineers. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will support the estates team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across a large and complex site. Role Overview You will be responsible for maintaining the site s Building Management System and associated computerised control systems. This includes planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, testing, diagnosis, repair and calibration of advanced electrical and mechanical plant and equipment. A key part of the role is ensuring the BMS is optimised for maximum energy efficiency. You will support the achievement of annual energy targets, prepare monthly energy reports, and provide data for quarterly and annual submissions. You will also attend the Joint Energy Working Group as required. You will become a subject matter expert in BMS and automated controls, supported by access to Schneider Electric EcoStruxure training.
