Your role
You'll be working across a large healthcare estate in Birmingham. You will have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated mechanical maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times. This role is covering a large static estate in Birmingham.
About you
- A Mechanical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
- Previous experience of supervising multi skilled hard services engineers
- You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules
- The successful applicant will be required to go through full DBS vetting due to the nature of the estate that you will be covering.
- Having experience of working within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous for this role.
