We are looking for an experienced Joiner to work on void properties within social housing. You will carry out joinery repairs and refurbishment works to empty properties, helping bring homes back up to lettable standard ready for new tenants.
This is a fast-paced role suited to a Joiner with previous experience working on voids, planned maintenance or social housing repairs.
Key Duties
- First and second fix joinery
- Hanging and repairing internal and external doors
- Fitting door frames, locks, handles and ironmongery
- Kitchen repairs and installations
- Fitting worktops, units and cupboards
- Skirting boards, architraves and floorboardsYou will have NVQ level 2 as a minimum and a van and fuel card will be provided or mileage paid.
