We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer to join our commercial FM team based in Aberdeen, playing a key role in maintaining safe, efficient and comfortable working environments for our clients.
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £45,000 per annum - Negotiable DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Fault finding, servicing and repair of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems
- Working on equipment including AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, boilers, pumps and associated plant
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with statutory compliance and health & safety standards
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Completing accurate documentation and maintenance records
About You
- Proven experience working as an HVAC Engineer in a commercial environment
- NVQ/SVQ/C&G - Qualification
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
