\\nSalary – £30K – £55K – dependent on experience.

\\nMUST HAVE GOOD BREADTH & DEPTH OF CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE
\\n
\\nOur Client is a young and RAPIDLY growing firm. They are looking to hire an additional experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to work in Milton Keynes.
\\n
\\nYou must have a good knowledge of the Conveyancing process, with a good mix experience from:
\\n
\\n· Sales & Purchases
\\n
\\n· Freehold & Leasehold
\\n
\\n· New Build
\\n
\\n· Shared Ownership
\\n
\\nYou should be able to carry out conveyancing matters as a whole from instruction to completion.
\\n
\\n· The ability to run files from onboarding to post completion with little / minimal supervision.
\\n
\\n· Confident in reviewing all contract documentation and raising any necessary enquiries.
\\n
\\n· Confident in reviewing Leasehold titles and Sales packs.
\\n
\\n· Reviewing and reporting on search results, mortgage offers and the title as a whole.
\\n
\\nYou will need to be able to work independently, providing a more personalised, quality service than some of the mass volume Conveyancing Firms.
