We are currently supporting a boutique law firm in North London seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment. Our client works with HNW clients and UHNW, providing plenty of interesting work.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within deadlines
- Working collaboratively within a growing property team
Requirements:
- 1–5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience managing your own caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage workload under pressure
